Optional voice tour

The voice tour is off by default. If you choose to enable it and grant microphone permission, your browser listens briefly for a tour request such as “Hey Xa”, “Hey Sa”, or “show me around” to navigate to the website demo. You can stop listening at any time. Listening also ends after one attempt, a short timeout, or when you leave the page or switch tabs. It is not an always-listening assistant.

Depending on your browser, audio may be sent to its speech-recognition provider for processing under that provider’s privacy practices. Aumortex does not store audio or transcripts or send them to its own servers. You can revoke microphone permission through your browser’s site settings. The click option works without microphone access.

Studio access

Studio is restricted to the site owner. Sign-in for Studio is handled by OpenAI. The publishing studio uses the authenticated owner’s account identifier to restrict access. The owner’s email is used only to establish that initial owner association.

Project content

Project drafts and uploaded images are stored with the website’s hosting services. Only published project content is served through the public-facing pages. The owner can withdraw a project through Studio. Withdrawal cannot remove copies someone has already downloaded.

Sunstar Property Manager

Sunstar at /sunstar-propertymanagement is an account-based property-management application operated by Aumortex LLC. It processes the account details you provide and the property, tenancy, maintenance, document, bill and message records that authorized workspace members enter. Workspace permissions determine which agency, tenant, owner or service team can access a record. Only upload information you are authorized to share with that workspace.

The current service stores its application database and private uploaded files on our managed Mac server. Website hosting and the Cloudflare encrypted connection deliver the service over the internet. Resend processes recipient email addresses and verification, password-reset, invitation and general notification emails. General notifications link back to the app rather than including sensitive maintenance or billing details. Account and security records are retained as needed to operate, protect and recover the service; workspace records and protected backups may remain when another member still needs them or retention is required.

Sunstar uses essential sign-in and security cookies. Appearance and language preferences may be stored on your device. It does not add advertising trackers or sell account information. The current Sunstar assistant interprets text using a local model on our managed Mac. Gemini and OpenAI assistant calls are currently disabled. Local voice input, when shown as available, is transcribed on our server. Continuous conversation is off until you explicitly start it; it stops or pauses when you cancel, leave the page, reach a session limit, or reach a business confirmation. Spoken replies use available device-local voices; if none are available, replies remain text. Where the optional cloud assistant is enabled, it identifies the selected provider (OpenAI or Google Gemini) and asks for your consent in the current workspace session before sending your message or recording. A change of provider requires renewed consent; requests are not automatically forwarded to another provider. Each voice turn is limited to 30 seconds. One-off recordings are transcribed for review before sending; during an explicitly started conversation, recognized turns are sent to the assistant automatically. Business actions still require a separate on-screen confirmation. The service sends your current input, not your workspace database or uploaded documents; do not include access codes, identity documents or other sensitive information in your request. We do not retain original recordings as workspace records. The selected provider processes submitted content under its API data practices. Customer use of Google Gemini is configured through a project with active billing under its Paid Services terms; Google states these inputs and responses are not used to improve its products, but limited safety and abuse-prevention retention may apply. Turning off consent stops future requests but cannot recall a request already sent. Conversation history remains in the current tab until cleared, sign-out or a workspace change. Assistant drafts remain in the current tab and expire; they are not business records until you review the exact details and press Confirm. Confirmed actions can submit maintenance requests, change permitted work-order details, or send messages to authorized participants. These actions create normal workspace records and notifications. Quoted amounts, providers and appointment changes still require the relevant approvals. A message queued for email does not prove mailbox delivery. Model output and spoken words alone do not authorize payments or appointments. Payment entries record information for agency review; this version does not collect card details or charge a bank account.

Contact your managing agency for corrections to its property records. For account access, export, deletion or privacy requests, email contact@aumortex.com. We will verify the request and explain any records that must remain for other authorized members or retention obligations. Signing out ends access on that device; it does not delete the account or workspace records. Avoid sending passwords, verification links or sensitive documents by email.

Hosting and external links

OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website. Linked product websites have their own privacy practices.
